Baramulla, Sep 12 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police arrested a bootlegger, a resident of Punjab, and recovered illicit liquor in apple township of Sopore, a police spokesman said on Saturday.
He said on a tip-off, police arrested a bootlegger Sohan Lal alias Sonu, son of Desraj, resident of Qaidan Gurdaspora, Punjab and recovered 25 bottles of illicit liquor.
He said the bootlegger has been arrested and a case under relevant section has been registered with Police Station, Sopore.
