Congress organize protest meeting demanding roll back of farmer, labour laws

Srinagar, Oct 2 (UNI) Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) on Friday organized a protest meeting in Srinagar demanding roll back of new farmers and labour laws.

Hundreds of Congress leaders and workers from different parts of the valley had gathered PCC headquarter near here raising anti BJP government. PCC Chief Ghulam Ahmad Mir addressed the gathering.

Holding placards and banners, the Congress leaders and workers demanded immediate roll back of what they alleged anti farmers black law. The placards reads “ murder of democracy not acceptable, Ensure MSP to farming products, roll back anti farmers black law”.

Earlier, the leaders paid tributes to father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi on his 150 birth anniversary.
