Hyderabad, Sep 28 (UNI) National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) and Polytechnic College students on Monday held a dharna at the Technological Bhavan in Masab Tank here demanding the government to promote them in the examination in the same way as the Intermediate students were promoted.
They expressed unhappiness for writing the examination during COVID by risking their lives.
Before holding dharna, a tense situation prevailed when the NSUI leaders attempted to siege the Technological Bhavan, where police prevented them.
Police arrested the NSUI leaders and polytechnic college students and shifted them to the nearby police
