Mumbai, Sep 3 (UNI) The Rupee on Thursday tumbled down by 25 paise at 73.27 against the US Dollar in opening trade on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market .
The local unit was seen under pressure owing to strong Dollar against other world currencies amid positive equity market in opening trade dealer informed.
The rupee registered intraday high and low at 73.30 and 73.20 respectively, he added.
