- The number of coronavirus cases in India has reached 76,51,107 as 54,044 people tested positive in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
- The National Testing Agency has clarified that news about a candidate emerging as the topper in ST category after rechecking is fake and that the results were vetted well before publishing.
- Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said that 569 students from Delhi government schools have cleared the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), of which 67% are girls.
- A total of 144 challans were issued to passengers for violating the COVID-19 guidelines while travelling in the Delhi Metro, according to DCP (Metro), Jitendra Mani.
