- Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to the people of Bihar to vote in large numbers during today’s second phase of Assembly elections.
- The Delhi government has announced the resumption of inter-state bus services from November 3. The three Interstate Bus Terminals (ISBTs) at Kashmere Gate, Sarai Kale Khan and Anand Vihar are reopening after being shut for more than 7 months.
- As many as 19 passengers on Air India’s Delhi-Wuhan flight tested positive for COVID-19 on arrival on October 30.
