Hamirpur (HP), Jun 8 : Captain Ranjit Singh, the Sena Medal recipient and a senior BJP functionary of Sujanpur Mandal of this district has been appointed as the state convener of the Ex-servicemen cell of the BJP and Sunil Thakur of Taradevi (Shimla) as state convener of the NGO cell of the party.
Both these appointments have been made by Suresh Kashyap, the state President of the party, said a spokesman of the party today. He said that these cells were an important unit of the party.
“With their formation, where the party reaches different sections of the state and the people”, the President said. He was optimistic that the party would achieve the goal of mission repeat 2022 and for that, the work had already been started on a war footing.
