Sonal Shah launches CISF Wives Welfare Association’s web site

New Delhi, Sep 17 (UNI) Applauding the role of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Wives Welfare Association ‘Sanrakshika’ for all round development of families and wards of the Force, Ms Sonal Shah, wife of the Union Home Minister Amit Shah, on Thursday launched its website through video conferencing and released its first edition of e- magazine.

With the domain name www.sanrakshika.org,the ‘Sanrakshika’ e-magazine contains articles, poems, stories and other reading material contributed by the wives and wards of CISF personnel, and lady personnel of the Force.

While welcoming the the Chief Guest Ms Shah, the President of CISF Wives Welfare Association Ms Ranjeeta Ranjan,wife of CISF DG Rajesh Ranjan emphasized that ‘Sanrakshika’ is committed for empowerment of its members to make them a responsible citizen of the country.

“It has been our endeavour that every member of the CISF family should become independent and capable, so that a strong family and society can be created”, she added.

On September 17, ‘Sanrakshika’ celebrated its 7th Foundation Day with the theme of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat’ and various cultural activities like folk dance, songs, drama were presented by Sanrakshika members and the wards of CISF during the e-programme.

Sanrakshika has been playing a significant role in helping the families and wards of CISF personnel to attain their full potential and thereby empowering them to contribute in growth of their family and society at large, a CISF release said here.
