COVID: J&K reports fresh 370 +ve cases, nine deaths

Jammu, Nov 30 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday informed that 370 new cases of novel Coronavirus (181 from Jammu division and 189 from Kashmir division) were reported, taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 110224.

Also nine deaths have been reported; six from Jammu division and three from Kashmir Division. Moreover, 483 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals including 202 from Jammu Division and 281 from Kashmir Division.

According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), out of 110224 positive cases, 4965 are active cases, 103565 have recovered and 1694 have died; 590 in Jammu division and 1104 in Kashmir division.

The Bulletin further said that out of 3014877 test results available, 2904653 samples have been tested as negative till November 30.
Till date, 788608 persons have been enlisted for observation which included 20030 persons in home quarantine including facilities operated by government, 4965 in isolation and 37572 in home surveillance.

Besides, 724347 persons have completed their surveillance period.
